No, you can checkout as a guest. But creating an account helps track orders and manage your information easily.

Are your products covered under warranty?
Currently, we do not offer warranty or guarantee on our products.

At the moment, we do not accept bulk or wholesale orders.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.
How much is the shipping charge?
Shipping is free on orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, standard charges may apply at checkout
Which courier partners do you use?
We ship through trusted couriers like Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, EcomExpress, and Ekart.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We usually process orders within 1–2 days. Delivery takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, tracking details are sent via email/SMS as soon as your order is shipped.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Is there an extra charge for COD?
No, COD is free. However, a verification call is made before shipping.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payments are processed securely through PhonePe Payment Gateway.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. An unboxing video is required for damaged or wrong items.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers pay a ₹100 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method (or bank for COD) within 8–15 business days after approval.
