Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 5-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Item must be in its original condition – unused, unworn, with original packaging.
  2. A full unboxing video is mandatory from the moment the package is opened.
  3. You must have proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).
  4. Replacement product will be delivered within 5-7 working days.

Return Shipping & Fees

  1. Customers must pay a ₹100 return shipping fee.
  2. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  3. Detailed return instructions will be shared once the return is approved.

 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for wrong or damaged items.
To qualify, you must:

  1. Share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
  2. Request the exchange to wrong or damaged items within 48 Hours of delivery.

We’ll send a replacement once we verify the issue and receive the return.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned or refunded:

  1. Personal care products (due to hygiene reasons)
  2. Items without an unboxing video
  3. Products used, worn, or not in original condition
  4. Sale or discounted items

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval.

If approved:

  1. Refunds will be credit to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.
  2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.
  3. Processing time: 8–15 business days

Note: Bank/card processing times may vary. If it’s been more than 15 business days after approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

 

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away with a:

  1. Clear unboxing video
  2. Description of the issue

We’ll evaluate and resolve it promptly.

You may cancel your order only before it has been shipped.
